All new products bought from Tech Power Gaming (TPG) has a minimum warranty period of 12 months.  In case where a manufacturer has a longer warranty, TPG will honour that.

If you bought a product from TPG that were faulty, we would do one of the following:

  • If we have an agent or supplier in your town or city, we will ask you to take the product to the specified location.
  • If there is no agent, we will ask you to courier the item to a specified address (your cost)
  • If the item is replaceable or repairable under warranty, we will repair, and send back the item at no charge to you
  • If you were at fault by way of misuse etc we will charge for the repair work and courier cost back to you.
